Description
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our professional team in a non-hospital, office-based setting. This role offers a stable Monday through Friday schedule with standard daytime hours, providing an excellent opportunity for work-life balance. The position also includes on-call responsibilities during weekends and nights, ensuring continuous patient support and care.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide basic nursing care and support to patients in an office environment
- Absorb and document patient assessments, vital signs, and health histories
- Support healthcare providers with administrative and clinical tasks
- Educate patients on health management and treatment plans
- Manage on-call duties during weekends and evenings, responding to urgent patient needs
- Maintain accurate and confidential patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations
Skills And Qualifications
- Valid and current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
- Proven experience in a clinical or healthcare setting, preferably in outpatient or office-based care
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Flexibility to handle on-call responsibilities during evenings, weekends, and nights
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and patient confidentiality standards
Requirements
- Minimum Qualifications: Age 21 (twenty-one), High School Degree or equivalent, LPN Pennsylvania License and two (2) years professional experience
- Have a Pennsylvania Driver’s License, insurable driving record, Mantoux (TB), physical, Act 33 Clearance and Pennsylvania State Police Background Check
Compensation Details
Salary: $52,520 per year
