LPN Medication Nurse

Responsibilities

• Provide resident-centered medication administration and nursing care in an assisted living and memory care setting.
• Safely administer medications, monitor resident responses, and perform basic nursing assessments.
• Document care accurately in compliance with regulations and company standards.
• Collaborate with nurses, physicians, residents, and families to develop and support personalized care plans.
• Promote dignity, independence, and uphold infection control and safety practices.

Qualifications and Skills

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license.
• Knowledge of medication administration, nursing assessments, and safety protocols.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively and support resident well-being.
