LPN Medication Nurse

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments following physician orders, ensuring accuracy and adherence to the Six Rights of Medication Administration.
• Document medication administration and resident health updates in real-time.
• Monitor residents for symptoms, adverse reactions, and physical, emotional, or cognitive changes, reporting promptly.
• Support care plan updates, transcribe physician orders, and maintain medication carts with proper narcotic counts.

Qualifications & Skills

• Active LPN license in good standing.
• CPR and First Aid certification.
• Strong assessment and documentation skills.
• Experience in senior care or medication administration preferred.
