About the role
LPN Medication Nurse responsible for delivering safe and accurate medication administration, health monitoring, and clinical documentation in a senior living environment.
Responsibilities
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered
- Follow the Six Rights of Medication Administration
- Document accurately in MAR/TAR
- Monitor symptoms and report adverse reactions
- Conduct health updates
- Transcribe physician orders
- Observe and report physical, emotional, or cognitive changes
- Maintain medication carts
- Ensure compliance standards
Qualifications & Skills
- Active LPN license in good standing
- CPR and First Aid certification
- Strong assessment and documentation abilities
- Preferred experience in senior care or medication administration
