About the role

Seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide patient care by utilizing the nursing process under supervision or direction of a licensed professional.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating patient care with other departments while ensuring patient rights and confidentiality
• Maintaining professional accountability for care delivery
• Utilizing assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation in patient treatment

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Practical Nursing program or equivalent education and experience
• Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of practice, meeting all state Board requirements

Skills & Certifications

• Certifications such as BLS, ACLS, PALS, PEARS, S.T.A.B.L.E., and LPN-IV (if applicable)
• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 pounds, standing, walking, and performing essential physical functions
