$2,000 Sign on Bonus!

Minimum Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Practical Nursing program
• Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state where nursing duties are performed
• One or more of the following certifications may be required based on the position, unit assignment, or must be obtained within the department’s specified timeframe: ACLS, PALS, PEARs, S.T.A.B.L.E. Program, BLS through the American Heart Association (required within 30 days of hire), LPN-IV Certification (Missouri only)

Preferred Qualifications

Physical Requirements

• Ability to push, pull, and/or lift up to 50 pounds on a regular basis
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout each shift
• Ability to perform essential physical functions, including gripping, reaching, bending, kneeling, twisting, and squatting to carry out job responsibilities
