LPN - Medical Surgical, Night Shift

Role: Provides patient care utilizing the nursing process, ensuring professional accountability and evaluating care effectiveness. Responsibilities: Coordinates patient care across departments, maintains patient rights and confidentiality, and performs duties aligning with mission, values, and standards. Qualifications: Graduate of an accredited Practical Nursing program or equivalent, with current LPN licensure in the state. Preferred certifications include BLS, ACLS, PALS, PEARS, S.T.A.B.L.E., and unit-specific credentials. Skills & Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand and walk for extended periods, and perform physical tasks such as reaching, bending, and kneeling.
