LPN - Medical Surgical, Night Shift

Role: Registered Nurse (RN) in Medical Surgery (Med Surg 5W) providing direct patient care utilizing the nursing process. Responsibilities: Deliver patient care, evaluate care effectiveness, coordinate with other departments, uphold patient rights and confidentiality, and perform duties aligned with organizational standards and values. Qualifications: Graduation from an accredited nursing program (Associate, Diploma, or BSN), current RN license in Missouri or a compact license, and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. Prior hospital experience and additional certifications are preferred. Skills & Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand and walk for extended periods, and perform physical tasks like reaching and bending. Strong assessment, communication, and collaboration skills are essential.
