Qualifications Education: Graduate of an accredited Practical Nursing program or equivalent experience with licensure.Licensure: Must hold and maintain an active LPN license in the state of practice, meeting all State Board requirements. Preferred Qualifications Certifications: ACLS, PALS, PEARS, S.T.A.B.L.E., BLS (required within 30 days), LPN-IV (Missouri), and other unit-specific certifications. Physical Requirements Ability to push, pull, and lift up to 50 pounds regularly.Stand and walk for extended periods.Perform essential physical functions such as gripping, reaching, bending, kneeling, twisting, and squatting.
