LPN Medical Center

Duties

• Completes daily reassessments for assigned patients and documents findings.
• Updates and implements the plan of care.
• Administers medications and monitors patients’ responses to medications including intravenous fluids and medications.
• Contributes to the professional development of peers, colleagues, and others (students, orientees).
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Degree from an accredited school of practical nursing, or military equivalent is required.
• LPN IV - LPN IV Cert State of Missouri or Kansas, depending upon designated work location.
• If a new grad, LPN must be obtained within 90 days post-graduation within 90 days of hiree.
• Clinical\BCLS - Basic Life Support within 90 days of hire is required.
