About the Role
Provide safe medication administration, health monitoring, and accurate clinical documentation in a senior living setting.
Responsibilities
- Administer medications and treatments following physician orders and the Six Rights of Medication Administration
- Document accurately in MAR/TAR in real time
- Monitor residents' symptoms, report adverse reactions, and support care plan updates
- Observe and report physical, emotional, or cognitive changes
- Maintain medication carts, complete narcotic counts, and ensure compliance standards
- Transcribe physician orders and conduct Service & Health Updates (SHUs)
- Ensure medication safety, early health change identification, and resident safety through clinical precision and regulatory adherence
Requirements
- Active LPN license in good standing
- CPR and First Aid certification
- Strong assessment and documentation skills
- Experience in senior care or medication administration preferred
