Key Responsibilities Administer medications and treatments following physician orders and the Six Rights of Medication AdministrationAccurately document in MAR/TAR in real timeMonitor symptoms, report adverse reactions, and support symptom reliefConduct Service & Health Updates (SHUs) and transcribe physician ordersObserve and report physical, emotional, or cognitive changesMaintain medication carts, perform narcotic counts, and ensure regulatory compliance Qualifications & Skills Active LPN license in good standingCPR and First Aid certificationsStrong assessment and documentation skillsExperience in senior care or medication administration preferred Impact: You play a vital role in preventing medication errors, early detection of health changes, and ensuring resident safety through precise clinical practices and regulatory adherence.
