Key Responsibilities Administer medications and treatments according to physician ordersFollow the Six Rights of Medication AdministrationDocument accurately in MAR/TAR in real-timeMonitor symptoms, report adverse reactions, and support symptom reliefConduct Service & Health Updates (SHUs) and transcribe physician ordersObserve and report physical, emotional, or cognitive changesMaintain medication carts, complete narcotic counts, and ensure compliance Qualifications & Skills Active LPN license in good standingCPR and First Aid certificationStrong assessment and documentation skillsPreferred experience in senior care or medication administration This role is vital in preventing medication errors, early health change detection, and safeguarding resident safety through clinical precision and adherence to regulations.
