About the Role
Provide quality patient care in a long-term care residential setting, with a focus on overnight shifts (Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays). Must bring your own gait belts.
Responsibilities
- Administer medications and monitor patient health
- Assist residents with daily activities
- Ensure resident safety during overnight hours
- Maintain accurate patient records
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to meet residents' needs
Requirements
- Valid LPN/LVN license
- Ability to work night shifts (Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays)
- Experience in long-term care preferred
- Strong communication, compassion, and attention to detail
