About the role

This full-time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) role involves delivering professional nursing care to residents across all ages in a long-term care setting, under the supervision of registered nurses, advanced practice providers, or physicians.
Responsibilities
- Assess residents’ health status and needs
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Document care provided in resident records
- Ensure residents’ health, comfort, and safety
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team
- Apply resident education principles to promote wellness
Requirements
- Graduation from an accredited Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) program
- Current, unencumbered LPN license
- Relevant clinical or work experience in a long-term care or similar setting
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively
- Commitment to ongoing training and maintaining licensure and certifications
