About the Role
We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN) to provide care in a Long Term Care (LTC) setting on a travel basis.
Responsibilities
- Providing direct patient care and medication administration
- Monitoring patient health and reporting changes
- Collaborating with healthcare teams to ensure quality care
- Maintaining accurate documentation and compliance with regulations
- Assisting with daily activities
- Following care plans
Requirements
- Valid LPN/LVN license
- Experience in long-term care preferred
- Strong communication and compassionate caregiving skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts and adapt to patient needs
