Role Overview
This position involves traveling within the Columbia Gorge area to provide in-home hospice nursing care under the supervision of a registered nurse.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with patient assessments and contribute to care planning
- Implement care plans within licensure scope
- Deliver compassionate, team-oriented care reflecting the organization's mission
- Perform duties in patients' homes, ensuring quality and safety
Qualifications & Skills
- Graduate from an accredited LPN/LVN program
- Licensed Practical Nurse license in Oregon and Washington
- CPR certification within 30 days
- One year of nursing experience in long-term, acute, ambulatory, home health, or hospice care
- Valid driver's license and auto insurance, with willingness to travel
Preferred Experience
- Home health, hospice, or public health experience
