LPN - Licensed Practical Nurse - Full-Time Nights

We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide professional nursing care in a long-term care setting. Under supervision of a registered nurse, advanced practice provider, or physician, you will assess residents, administer medications and treatments, and ensure their health, comfort, and safety.Demonstrate competency in nursing principles, perform testing, recognize problems, and respond effectively to emergent situations.Maintain accurate documentation of resident interactions, care outcomes, and behavioral or dietary notes.Collaborate with healthcare professionals and support effective communication with residents, families, and the care team.Provide education and counseling to residents and families, supporting self-care programs.Perform other related duties as assigned. Qualifications Include Graduation from an accredited practical nursing program, with preferred associate degree.Current unencumbered LPN license and multi-state licensure privileges.Additional training or experience may be required for specific services like IV therapy.Completion of supervised clinical experience or at least 400 hours of practical experience.Ongoing certification and continuing education to maintain licensure and competencies.
