LPN - Licensed Practical Nurse - Full-Time Nights

We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide professional nursing care in a long-term care setting, under supervision of a registered nurse, advanced practice provider, or physician. Key responsibilities include: Assessing residents and administering medications or treatments as prescribedMonitoring resident health, comfort, and safetyPerforming testing to evaluate health status and respond to emergent situationsDocumenting resident interactions, care outcomes, and behaviorsCollaborating with healthcare team members and maintaining effective relationshipsCounseling residents and families on prevention and treatment plansSupporting resident education and self-care initiativesPerforming additional duties as assigned Qualifications include: Graduate from an accredited practical nursing program; associate degree preferredUnencumbered LPN license with state nursing board or multi-state licensureExperience or clinical hours across lifespan; additional training for IV therapy if requiredCompletion of required continuing education and competency trainingAbility to work effectively with interdisciplinary teams and communicate clearlyKnowledge of resident care principles and confidentiality standards
