LPN - Licensed Practical Nurse - Endocrinology

Role Overview: Provides primary clinical support in outpatient settings, assisting providers with patient care, diagnostic procedures, and documentation. Ensures accurate collection of patient history, vital signs, laboratory specimens, and administers medications and vaccines as directed. Maintains a clean, sterile environment and prepares examination rooms between patient visits. Key Responsibilities Assist with minor surgical and diagnostic proceduresFollow up on diagnostic tests to ensure accuracy and timely filingCommunicate with patients and providers to facilitate efficient careSupport patient education and address basic inquiries Qualifications & Skills: Graduate of a Specialty Training Program in Nursing required. New and experienced LPNs are welcome. Must be capable of providing care across specific age groups and adhere to scope of practice. Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills are essential. Work Environment & Expectations: Conducted primarily in a clinical setting, with adherence to organization policies and procedures. Additional department-specific competencies may be required.
