LPN Licensed Practical Nurse 3-11 Shift

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate and personalized care to our residents, ensuring their comfort and well-being.
• Collaborate with our dynamic healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Administer medications, monitor health status, and provide education to residents and families.
• Foster meaningful relationships with residents and their families, creating a warm and welcoming environment.
• Enjoy fun activities and events that promote a positive atmosphere and enhance residents’ lives.

Qualifications

• Current LPN license in the state of New Jersey.
• Experience in Acute care LTC or similar settings required.
• Current/active CPR certification is preferred.
• Effective verbal and written English communication skills.
• Highest level of professionalism with the ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Ability to communicate at all levels of organization and work well within a team environment in support of company objectives.
• Customer service-oriented with the ability to work well under pressure.

Schedule

• This position requires rotating weekends (on/off schedule).
• All Per Diem staff must commit to working at least one full weekend per month (both Saturday and Sunday).
