Role Overview: Provide hands-on nursing support to promote the health and wellness of individuals in licensed facilities. Attend Community Participation Supports programs to enhance client engagement. Key Responsibilities Deliver compassionate care aligned with the mission to Care, Comfort, and Heal for adults with intellectual disabilities.Integrate healthcare with additional support services to improve residents' quality of life. Qualifications & Skills Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with a minimum of 3 years' experience working with tracheostomy and Type 1 Diabetes.Experience supporting individuals with intellectual disabilities.Basic computer skills and familiarity with Electronic Medical Record systems.Strong communication skills for effective interaction with internal and external stakeholders.Valid PA driver's license and satisfactory background checks, including criminal and FBI clearances.
