Job Title: LPN I
About the role
Supports the clinical care team in providing direct patient care in a variety of settings. Assists in the coordination of patient care activities.
Responsibilities
- Assists in the implementation of patient care plans
- Administers medications and treatments according to physician orders and protocols
- Documents patient care activities accurately and timely
- Participates in interdisciplinary rounds and meetings
- Collaborates with other healthcare professionals to ensure patient safety and quality care
Requirements
- Current licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse in the state of Ohio
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- High school diploma or equivalent
Qualifications
- Experience in a healthcare setting preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
