About the role

The LPN I position is responsible for providing direct patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse. This includes administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with patient education.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications accurately and according to physician orders.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
• Assist with patient care activities such as bathing, feeding, and mobility assistance.
• Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes to the supervising RN.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Requirements

• Current license to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse in Ohio.
• Completion of an accredited LPN program.
• Basic computer skills and proficiency with electronic health record systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred but not required.
• Experience working in a healthcare setting preferred.

Pay

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $22.00 per hour.

Schedule

Shifts are typically Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM.
