LPN Homecare - Pediatric Nursing

About the role

Providing home-based pediatric care on a Monday to Friday day shift.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Initiate and adjust care plans based on patient needs.
• Administer medications and treatments, monitor effectiveness, and report changes.
• Deliver therapeutic, preventive, and rehabilitative nursing actions.
• Review care plans to identify educational, care coordination, and discharge needs.

Qualifications

• Current LPN license and health certification.
• Current BLS card and PPD or chest X-ray.
• Preferably one year of nursing experience.
