LPN Homecare - Pediatric

About the Role

Provide pediatric home healthcare services as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), delivering skilled and compassionate care to pediatric patients in a home setting. Flexible shifts are available, including day, night, full-time, part-time, and PRN options.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care using the nursing process.
• Provide skilled nursing services based on prescribed orders.
• Monitor signs and symptoms, assessing physiologic and psychosocial changes.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret data from the healthcare team, documenting diagnoses.
• Deliver high-quality nursing care for pediatric patients, including managing enteral feeds and seizure care.
• Adhere to nursing standards and ensure compassionate patient care.

Requirements

• Licensed as an LPN in the practicing state.
• Current TB or Chest X-Ray and BLS certification.
