About the role
We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide pediatric home healthcare services, including enteral feeds and seizure management. The role involves assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care using the nursing process.
Responsibilities
- Deliver skilled nursing services per prescribed orders
- Monitor physiological and psychosocial changes
- Analyze patient data to inform diagnoses
Requirements
- Current LPN licensure in the practice state
- Up-to-date TB or Chest X-Ray
- Current BLS certification
