About the Role

Maxim Healthcare is seeking compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide high‑quality care for adult and pediatric patients in the comfort of their homes throughout the Wauwatosa, WI area. This position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact one‑on‑one with patients while working with a supportive clinical and office team.

Pay

Competitive hourly pay: $32 – $36 per hour.

Schedule

Full‑time and part‑time opportunities are available with flexible scheduling options.

Responsibilities

• Deliver skilled nursing care in accordance with physician orders and care plans.
• Assess, monitor, and document patients' physical and emotional health status.
• Identify changes in patient conditions and communicate findings appropriately.
• Develop and implement individualized care interventions.
• Collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure quality care.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.

Requirements

• Current and unrestricted LPN license in Wisconsin.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.
• Current TB test or chest X‑ray.
• Previous nursing experience preferred (1 year or more).
• Strong clinical, communication, and documentation skills.
