LPN Homecare - Adult - 12 Hour Shifts

About the role

Provide in-home direct patient care, monitor patient conditions, administer medications, and support care plans for a 63-year-old male with ALS, GTube, trach, and vent.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• Active LPN license
• Current BLS certification
• Preferred 1+ year of experience
