In Home Caregiver - 12 Hour Shifts

Primary Responsibilities

• Assist the client with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) as specified in the client’s plan of care.
• May include but are not limited to: bathing, dressing, grooming, other personal hygiene, toileting, transferring, eating and continence care.
• Assist with medication assistance, housekeeping services, laundry, meal preparation, feeding, shopping, transportation to and from appointments and companionship.
• To report daily activity to your supervisor through the agency management system and daily activity logs.
• Other communication avenues when available and as needed, including but not limited to phone calls, emails, agency app, face to face, etc.

Required Knowledge

• Good communication skills.

• Demonstrate proficiency with Homecare Company Management System--ClearCare.
