Responsibilities

• Provide quality patient care in the patient's home.
• Perform technical skilled care in the patient's home.

Qualifications

Education

• Graduate from a recognized, accredited school of nursing.

Licenses and Certifications

• LPN - Licensed Practical Nurse - State Licensure (upon hire).
• Valid and in-state Driver License (DL NUMBER), current vehicle insurance, and access to a dependable vehicle or public transportation (upon hire).
• CPR - Cardiac Pulmonary Resuscitation certification (upon hire).
