About the role

The Licensed Practical Nurse in Home Health is responsible for providing quality patient care and performing technical skilled care in the patient's home.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a recognized, accredited school of nursing

Licenses and certifications

• LPN – Licensed Practical Nurse – State Licensure (upon hire required)
• Driver License, valid and in state; current Driver's License, vehicle insurance, and access to a dependable vehicle or public transportation (upon hire required)
• CPR – Cardiac Pulmonary Resuscitation (upon hire required)
