About the Role
The Per Diem Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) provides quality patient care in patients' homes, following state laws and the plan of care.
Responsibilities
- Deliver skilled nursing services within scope of practice, coordinating with the healthcare team without modifying the care plan.
- Educate patients' families on care and maintaining a healthy environment.
- Monitor, record, and report patients' responses and condition changes daily.
- Adapt to diverse home situations regardless of age, race, creed, sex, disability, or financial status.
Requirements
- Current, unrestricted LPN or LVN license in the practice state.
- Valid driver’s license, vehicle insurance, reliable transportation, or access to public transit.
Preferred Skills
- CPR certification.
- Home care experience.
- Ability to work independently.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
Pay
Total cash pay range is based on productivity, including per visit and hourly rates.
