About the Role
Join the team at Berkshire Visiting Nurse Association – Hillcrest Campus for a 13-week travel assignment as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in a home health and long-term care setting. Responsibilities
- Provide safe, compassionate, and patient-centered nursing care.
- Administer medications and treatments according to established orders and protocols.
- Monitor patient conditions and promptly report changes to the appropriate healthcare provider.
- Perform assessments and document patient care accurately.
- Collaborate with RNs, physicians, therapists, aides, and other members of the healthcare team.
- Support patients with activities of daily living as appropriate.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
- Promote patient safety, comfort, dignity, and independence.
- Follow all facility, state, and professional nursing standards.
Requirements
- Active LPN/LVN license eligible to practice in Massachusetts.
- Current BLS certification preferred/required per facility policy.
- Recent LPN experience in LTC, Home Health, or a comparable setting strongly preferred.
- Strong communication and clinical documentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Must be dependable and committed to the full 13-week assignment.
Pay
Estimated weekly gross: $2,400
Schedule
Shift: Evenings
Contract: 13 Weeks
