Responsibilities
- Provide skilled, attentive care to clients in their homes.
- Work closely with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Assess client needs and document progress in electronic charts.
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare providers.
- Adhere to infection control protocols and safety guidelines.
Requirements
- Active LPN license (Licensed Practical Nurse) in the state of North Carolina.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Ready to feel valued on the overnight shift.
