LPN- Home Care - Full Time

Overview

Utilizes the nursing process to provide patient care under the supervision of a licensed professional. Maintains professional accountability for patient care coordination and ensures patient rights and confidentiality.

Position Details

• Qualifications: High school diploma or GED equivalent; graduate of an accredited practical nursing program; current LPN license within the hiring state.

• Physical Requirements/Demands: Stand/walk most of the time, bend/stoop, lift/pull/grip up to 50 pounds, assist with turning patients.

• Experience/Certifications: Basic Life Support certification, LPN-IV certification, ACLS, PALS, PEARS, S.T.A.B.L.E., Six Assessment & Care Modules, and other unit-specific certifications as required.

• Significant amount of bending and stooping
• Lifting and turning patients with assistance
• Push/Pull/Grip up to 50 pounds
