Job Summary

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in Sussex County, NJ. The role offers flexible schedules, consistent patient relationships, and the opportunity to provide personalized care in clients' homes.

Care for one client at a time in their home environment, allowing for more meaningful and consistent care. Enjoy a shorter commute and build long-term relationships with patients and families.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care following physician orders
• Maintain and assess client conditions
• Document care using electronic charting

Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program
• Active LPN license in good standing in New Jersey

Qualifications

• Passionate about adult and/or pediatric care
• Willingness to travel to one client's home near you
• Ability to provide consistent care and build long-term relationships
