Home Care LPN

Responsibilities

• Provides direct and indirect patient care services requiring technical and manual skills.
• Maintains the psychosocial, physical, and general aspects of care for patients.
• Maintains the communication needs of the patient and family.

Qualifications

• Current and valid state license as a Licensed Practical Nurse.
• Current BLS certificate upon hire and maintain current.
• Minimum one year experience in an applicable setting preferred.
• Current driver’s license, car insurance, car registration, and reliable automobile.

Pay

A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $31.00 to $40.21.
