About the role

This is your calling for 1:1 Home Care! Our Wilmington Skilled Office is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Skilled Nursing team. We’re hiring caring and compassionate nurses to support our pediatric and adult clients throughout the Whiteville and Wilmington region.

Responsibilities

• Travel to one client’s home near you on a schedule you choose
• Follow up with, execute, and properly document doctors' orders
• Perform assessments and monitor clients' conditions
• Document observations, interventions, and evaluations
• Perform skills with autonomy in the home
• Build client relationships and watch their milestones
• Work traditional shifts (4’s, 8’s, 10’s or 12’s) providing hands‑on care with only one client per day

Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program (transcript or diploma)
• Current nursing license in good standing in the state of North Carolina
• One year of experience working as a Licensed Practical Nurse

Pay

Starting pay: $28‑33 per hour (client‑specific)

Both day and overnight opportunities are available; full‑time and part‑time options; flexible scheduling—let us know which days or nights work best for you.
