About the Role

Our Fayetteville Skilled Office is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with a passion for geriatric or pediatric care to join our Skilled Nursing team. We are committed to delivering the highest quality care with compassion, excellence, and reliability to our clients and their families.

Client Details

• Adult client located in Raeford
• Full-time overnight shifts: 11p-8a Monday-Sunday and 24/7 shifts on Sat/Sun

Compensation

• Starting pay: $31-33 per hour (client and full-time commitment specific)

What Makes Private Duty Nursing Different

• Traditional shifts (4, 8, 10, or 12 hours)
• Hands-on care with only one client per day
• Building client relationships and witnessing their milestones

Daily Responsibilities

• Travel to one client’s home on a chosen schedule
• Follow up with, execute, and document doctors' orders
• Perform assessments and monitor clients' conditions
• Document observations, interventions, and evaluations
• Perform skills with autonomy in the home

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program
• Current nursing license in good standing in the state
• One year of experience as a Licensed Practical Nurse
• Trach care experience preferred (training provided if needed)
