About the role
The role involves providing skilled nursing care to adult patients with complex needs, including G-tube, Trach, and Ventilator support.
Responsibilities
- Assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care according to prescribed orders
- Monitoring physiologic and psychosocial changes
Qualifications
- Current LPN/LVN license
- TB or Chest X-Ray
- BLS certification
- Prior nursing experience preferred
