About the role

We are seeking experienced Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our Per Diem team in Hampton Roads. Join our team for a rewarding role with excellent support and flexibility. Local applicants only.

Responsibilities

• Providing nursing care within the LPN scope
• Administering medications and treatments
• Collecting and documenting patient information
• Providing wound care and patient education
• Monitoring patient conditions
• Assisting with daily activities
• Coordinating with healthcare teams

Qualifications

• Active LPN license
• Minimum of 1 year of facility-based experience
• Current BLS/CPR certification
• PPD within the last year
• Ability to meet physical requirements of the role
