Seeking experienced Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join a Per Diem team in Hampton Roads.
Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care within the LPN scope, including administering medications and treatments
- Collect, document, and monitor patient information and conditions
- Perform wound care and patient education
- Assist with activities of daily living and coordinate care with healthcare team members
- Perform additional duties as required by the facility
Qualifications & Skills
- Active LPN license with at least 1 year of facility-based experience
- Current BLS/CPR certification
- Recent PPD test within the past year
- Ability to meet physical requirements, with or without accommodations
