Qualifications
- Required: LPN license (Mississippi)
- Preferred: Prior clinic or outpatient care experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a healthcare team
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
Responsibilities
- Maintain high ethical standards, patient confidentiality, and professional integrity
- Collaborate with clinic providers, school staff, and care teams to support student health
- Accurately record patient health records in the EHR system, including vital signs, medical history, and current medications
- Administer medications, injections, and routine laboratory tests as ordered by providers
