Hillcrest Health & Rehab is a skilled nursing, post-acute rehabilitation, and long-term care facility in Bellevue, NE. The community focuses on high-quality care and creating a warm, supportive environment for residents and guests.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality nursing care and support for residents and guests
• Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and care plans
• Monitor resident conditions and communicate changes with the care team
• Support residents and guests with dignity, comfort, and respect
• Partner with Nurse Techs, Medication Aides, and other team members to ensure quality care
• Complete documentation accurately and timely
• Communicate with residents, guests, families, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members
• Follow infection control, safety, and regulatory standards
• Help create a positive, supportive environment for residents, guests, and team members

Requirements

• Active RN or LPN license in the state of Nebraska
• Experience in skilled nursing, post-acute rehab, long-term care, memory care, assisted living, hospital, or similar setting preferred
• Strong clinical judgment and attention to detail
• Caregiver with a heart for serving aging adults
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Completion of an accredited nursing program
• Current CPR certification

Pay

• RN starting at $38.00+ per hour | LPN starting at $31.50+ per hour, depending on experience

Schedule

• Full-time Nights, 6:00pm - 6:00am
• Every other weekend
