LPN - FT

Responsibilities

• Safely complete patient medication pass.
• Complete Q-15 minute rounds and vital signs.
• Assist with treatment plans and medication reconciliation at discharge.
• Perform weekly MAR change-over and 24-hour chart checks.
• Conduct daily nursing groups on the units as assigned.
• Complete other assigned documentation and tasks as directed by nursing leadership.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) program.
• Prefer one (1) year of experience as an LPN.
• Prefer six (6) months of experience in psychiatry nursing.
• Knowledge of current nursing procedures, the nursing process, medications, and their correct administration.
