LPN - Float Pool
Responsibilities
- Contributes to the assessment/reassessment of patients
- Participates in the development, implementation and evaluation of appropriate patient care interventions
- Maintains awareness of patient lab values and deviations from baseline assessments
- Reports changes in patient status to the physician and initiates new orders as necessary
- Promotes patient satisfaction and maintains patient confidentiality
Qualifications
- RN (Registered Nurse) - Current licensure in Oklahoma or a Nurse Licensure Compact (eNLC) member state
- LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) - Current licensure in Oklahoma or a Nurse Licensure Compact (eNLC) member state
- BLS (Basic Life Support) - Issued by American Red Cross or American Heart Association within 30 days of hire
- Current Oklahoma Drivers License and acceptable driving record for personal vehicle use
