LPN Float Pool
Position Summary
As a Float Pool LPN, you will provide high-quality nursing care to residents while working under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN).
Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to residents in skilled nursing and assisted living settings
- Participate in the development and modification of resident care plans
- Implement nursing interventions as delegated, ordered, or prescribed by the RN or physician
- Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
- Support resident rights, dignity, and independence
- Deliver care in accordance with Minnesota Board of Nursing standards, the Resident Bill of Rights, and facility policies
- Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and resident-centered care practices
Qualifications
- Graduate of a nursing education program approved by the Minnesota Board of Nursing
- Current Minnesota Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in good standing
- Current CPR certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
- Ability and willingness to travel to various Monarch Healthcare Management communities
- Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills
- Experience in skilled nursing and/or assisted living preferred
