LPN Float - Clinic Resource Team

About the role

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) will participate in the implementation and evaluation of patient care, under the supervision of a registered nurse, advanced practice provider, or physician. This role offers an opportunity to work alongside providers and continuously learn new things.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the implementation and evaluation of patient care, under the supervision of a registered nurse, advanced practice provider, or physician.
• Educate and communicate with patients and their families.
• Adaptability, reliability, and attention to detail are key traits for success in this role.

Requirements

• Graduate from an accredited practical nursing program as a Licensed Practical Nurse.
• If position requires IV therapy/management skills, must have completed a Board-approved AASPN program or an IV Therapy course approved by the North Dakota Board of Nursing.
• Currently hold an unencumbered Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license with the State Nursing board and/or possess multi-state licensure privileges.
• Obtain and maintain required department-specific competencies and certifications.

Qualifications

• Unencumbered Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license with State Nursing board.
• Completion of an IV Therapy course approved by the North Dakota Board of Nursing if required.
• Maintain required department-specific competencies and certifications.

Pay

+ $2.25/hour Float Premium and $15,000 Sign On Bonus available for Qualified Candidates!

Shift: 8 Hours - Day Shifts
Job Schedule: Full time
Weekly Hours: 32.00
Salary Range: $21.00 - $29.50
