Responsibilities

• Contributes to the assessment/reassessment of patients
• Participates in the development, implementation and evaluation of appropriate patient care interventions
• Monitors for signs and systems related to abnormal lab values, and deviation from baseline assessments
• Reports changes in patient status to the physician and initiate any new orders from the physician as directed
• Promotes patient satisfaction and ensures patient confidentiality at all times
• Adheres to National Patient Safety Goals as appropriate based on the level of patient contact this position requires
• Reports to the department director, business office manager, or clinical manager/weekend supervisor

Qualifications

• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the State of Oklahoma OR current multistate license from a Nurse Licensure Compact (eNLC) member state
• OR current licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the State of Oklahoma OR current multistate license from a Nurse Licensure Compact (eNLC) member state
• BLS (Basic Life Support) issued by American Red Cross or American Heart Association within 30 days of hire
• Ability to communicate effectively in English (verbal/written)
• For IMG/ICP Float Pool positions: current Oklahoma State Driver’s License and an acceptable driving record to the insurance carrier (must operate INTEGRIS-owned or personal vehicle)
• For IMG/ICP staff at the INTEGRIS Family Care Kansas Clinic: current Kansas State Driver’s License and an acceptable driving record to the insurance carrier (must operate INTEGRIS-owned or personal vehicle)
